So as an all-in-one video content creator, I take care of the entire end-to-end creative process for video content that includes:

1. 📝 Preparation (”Pre-Production”): Includes everything that is done before recording or editing content (this the most important phase)

2. 🤳🏽 Recording (”Production”): Includes everything that is done during recording to capture your content **

3. 👨🏽‍💻 Editing (”Post-Production”): Includes everything that is done after recording (or gathering your footage) to prepare your content for upload/distribution

📝 Preparation (”Pre-Production”)

What this includes:

• Kick-Off Call & Creative Briefing: A live and guided workshop call for 30-45 mins to establish your content requirements for the month. You’re welcome to invite as many relevant members of your team to it to minimise post-meeting follow-ups, requests for input and back’n’forth from other stakeholders. And in case anyone absolutely can’t make it, we’ll have the call transcript summarised by my AI-note taker ;)
  • Hosted on Zoom

• Research & Ideation: I’ll then carry out research based on what you/your team share during our creative briefing, reviewing all creative examples/references of content you’d like to emulate or incorporate into your project (i.e. similar to a “swipe” file or moodboard), and share a shortlist of best-in-class examples, narrative angles and/or formats that will suit your ICP/dream audience and project objectives
  • Hosted via Notion
• Scripting and/or Shot List: The preparation of the spoken scripts and on-screen direction for approval. Once signed off, I will also prepare the shot list (like a sequential “to-do” list) of all of the footage and/or audio that is required to be captured to create your content
  • Hosted via Notion
  • Note: You will be shared access to your own content dashboard that houses all of the script and shot-lists for each video

🤳🏽 Recording (”Production”)

What this includes:

• Self-Guided Recording: As a +10 year experienced public speaker, MC and videographer, both behind and in-front of the camera, all recording is handled entirely by me, with no need to be present in-person or virtually.

  • However, it is appreciated if you/your team are available via Slack/Zoom for any quick check-ins or clarifications during my schedule day/s of recording

• Content Usage Rights: Complete consent and permission to use all recorded video and audio content (“Materials”) as you wish for your company’s organic content marketing now, and indefinitely into the future (unless otherwise stated).

• Location Scouting & Hire: Scouting, arranging/booking, hire fees (if applicable) and transport to and from location (if recorded video and audio is not to be captured in my studio) as well as the set-up and pack down of scene(s) and locations. Arrangement of hire (if necessary), transportation and professional usage of equipment.

👨🏽‍💻 Editing (”Post-Production”)

What this includes:

• Editing: Sorting, optimising and resizing footage, colour grading, audio equalisation, adding text, logo and icons, addition of effects, transitions and plugins (as directed by the creative brief)

  • Hardware: MacBook Pro M2 Max (top specs)
  • Software
    • Editing: Final Cut Pro X
    • File Compression: Compressor/Handbrake (video)
    • Voiceover: GarageBand (audio)

• Captions: Captions/burn-in captions (if requested/preferred)

  • Sourced via **Descript/Captionator**

• Music & SFX: Royalty-free music licences covered on all video content (including paid ads)

  • Sourced via Epidemic Sound

• Revisions: Each video includes 1 round of revisions in case a video just missing that little creative “oomph” that you’ve got in mind

  • Each weekly batch of video deliverables will be hosted on frame.io
  • You’ll be notified via Slack and your Notion dashboard to review and add your revisions which will be actioned within 2-3 business days

• Ready-to-publish content: If posting on a social media platform, all content will be formatted, tested and optimised as per the intended platform/channel of distribution (i.e. Instagram, TikTok)

• Delivery & Backup: Provision of final deliverables online and held for download for up to 7 days. Afterwards, all files will be securely stored offline on my hard-drive as a backup indefinitely.

  • Delivered via WeTransfer
  • Stored securely via my Lacie 2Big Dock 28TB External Hard-Drive

• Future-Proofed: Lifetime access to all projects and working files so that you can revise or repurpose all content in the future

  • Saved as Final Cut Pro XML and Library Files

All subscriptions are inclusive of:

• Services: Complete oversight and self-management of the entire end-to-end creative process so it’s (nearly) entirely hands off for you
• Deliverables: Provision of 30-60 second vertical videos, optimised for use across all short-form socials so you can re-post/re-purpose them in the future
• Revisions: Each video includes 1 round of revisions for any creative preferences or tweaks so we can make sure it’s en pointe for you
• Cadence: Videos will be delivered on a week-to-week basis, so you’ll receive between 2-7 each Monday of the following week (depending on your package selection)
• Invoicing: I offer a simple subscription enrolment via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) that will automatically issue an invoice to you/your team for a seamless payment process
• Upgrade/Cancellation: If you’d like to upgrade (or cancel) your current package selection for the next calendar month, you can cancel by providing (at least) 14 days notice before the end of the calendar month.
